  • Individual profile detailing your workplace priorities and preferences
  • 121 feedback session with an accredited DiSC trainer to understand and interpret your individual profile
  • Strategies and tools to help you become more flexible and adaptable in your approach to others
  • Personal development plan to develop key skills and behaviours
  • Follow up call after 3 months to review progress

Group/Team Assessment

  • Overall Team Culture Report based on individual team member profiles
  • 1 hour interactive team training event with accredited DiSC trainer to review and investigate Team Culture report
  • 1 hour team training event to develop and agree Team DiSC Development plan
  • Strategies and tools to help you become more flexible and adaptable in your approach to others
